Works

The company "Vacutech" provides services for the application of magnetron coatings and ion nitriding of the Customer's products.
These services are provided at the company's pilot production facility that meets all the necessary requirements for modern vacuum coating production.
The pilot production includes:
— coating site, including six vacuum installations of various types and functionality;
— site of chemical preparation of the surface of products
— laboratory for monitoring the properties and characteristics of coatings.
The technical and technological staff of the production has the highest professional qualifications.
In case of receiving a unique (non-standard) order, additional resources of the department of advanced technological developments are used.
To meet the technical requirements of the Customer, any magnetron PVD coating and nitriding technology from the entire range of technologies developed by VacuumTech can be used.
In case of difficulties with the choice of the necessary coating to solve a specific task, the Customer may be offered a competent recommendation on the use of the most effective coating or ion nitriding technology to solve this problem.

Application of Parylene coatings. Our Company carries out the application of parylene coatings, which are ultrathin polymer films without micropores, which provide a number of valuable characteristics of the treated surface, such as: excellent moisture resistance, chemical and dielectric barrier properties, thermal and UV stability, as well as the lubricity of the dry film. These properties make Parylene coatings an ideal choice for a variety of applications in the medical equipment, electronics, transportation, defense and aerospace industries.

Our capabilities: Application of optically transparent dielectric moisture-resistant coatings of polyparaxylene based on Parylene N, C, D monomers on products of any shape, with dimensions up to 0.5 m. Our installations allow the application of Parylene coatings with a thickness from 10 nm to 500 microns. Creation of multilayer coatings with dielectric layers of poly-p-xylylene. Formation of Parylene coatings on the surface of micro-powders that improve the characteristics of magnetodielectrics. Development and manufacture of Parylene application units for your tasks.​

The coating process Parylene coatings are applied using special vacuum equipment at room temperature. Stages of deposition of the coating: The dimer of parylene evaporates (turns into gas) when heated in a vacuum Dimer vapors are pyrolyzed to split the dimer to a paraxylylene monomer At room temperature in the deposition chamber, the monomer is deposited on all surfaces in the form of a thin transparent polymer film. Vapor deposition from the gas phase makes it possible to form an equidistant hermetic coating on products of any shape.​

Application of Parylene Electronics: moisture protection of printed circuit boards, lenses, video cameras. The formed coatings are characterized by high electrical strength and are optically transparent. Biomedicine: Parylene C coatings are biocompatible, approved for use in human tissues by the US FDA, have the highest chemical resistance, are widely used in pacemakers, catheters, stent systems. Industry: formation of hydrophobic, gas-tight layers (including resistance to water vapor), providing chemical, corrosion resistance (to solvents, strong acids and alkalis).
